Are you a student passionate about entrepreneurship? Do you want to help Inspire promote entrepreneurial thinking to your fellow students?

If the answer is yes, join the Strathclyde Inspire Ambassador Programme!

In this exciting new role, you’ll have the opportunity to raise your profile as an entrepreneurial thinker while playing a key role in building a vibrant community of change-makers at Strathclyde.

 

What does an Inspire Ambassador do?

  • Assist at large-scale events, for example, Strathclyde Freshers’ Fair, Global Entrepreneurship Week, etc.
  • Support the Entrepreneurship for All team by recruiting students for initiatives like the Exploring Entrepreneurship Challenge (EEC).
  • Encourage other students to participate in entrepreneurial activities available to them.
  • Be social savvy and help boost Inspire’s reach.
  • Support with promotional material such as blogs and photo shoots.

Training

We would never want you to feel that you didn’t have the knowledge and tools to do a job well. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in the work you do and gain experience through your work as an ambassador, that’s why you will be provided with full training.

Commitment

  • Complete ambassador training (approximately 1 hour).
  • Attend ambassador meetings throughout the academic year (lunch provided).
  • Commit 16 hours to assist with entrepreneurship events or extracurricular activities each semester – rest assured; we will always work around your studies.
