Hazaar: Strathclyde's Sustainable Marketplace

Hazaar is a marketplace app just for Strathclyde students and staff. It provides a digital platform that allows you to buy and sell your items from other students directly on campus - with no postage or packaging.

How does it work?

You meet up to deliver your items at designated safe ‘Hazaar drop off spaces’ on campus saving on postage and packaging, reducing the carbon footprint on campus, while also encouraging students and staff to shop sustainable alternatives.

In addition, Hazaar will host several pop-up markets throughout the year, providing the opportunity to buy and sell unique items, crafts, and clothes on Strathclyde’s campus.

The Hazaar app is free to download, just sign up using your University student or staff email address.
