Safe360°Support for staff

A list of internal and external support for Staff can be found below. Please add any of the following resources and numbers to your phone should you ever need support.

Wellbeing

Wellbeing matters at Strathclyde and our Wellbeing Hub is a central resource to support your workplace wellbeing. Here, you will find links to support your emotional, financial and physical wellbeing. It also hosts our Employee Assistance Programme, (available 24 hours a day 365 days a year - free and confidential) and links to external support agencies.

The University's Occupational Health Service provides a range of services to protect health at work and focuses on a working environment where physical and psychological wellbeing can be supported and sustained.

People Hub

As part of our commitment to improving the employee experience, colleagues supporting the Human Resources & Payroll (HRP) Project have created a staff hub to host people-related policies, guidance, and information to support Strathclyde staff and managers.

Faith and Spirituality

The University Chaplaincy is a place to relax or spend time in quiet thought or meditation, speak with Chaplains in confidence, or participate in wellbeing activities and faith-based events.

Staff Carers

We also offer support for staff members with caring responsibilities.
