EmployabilityCareers modules

Developed by our professionally qualified Careers Consultants our Careers Modules offer all students access to careers education.

They are not credit-bearing and do not include any assignments. They include activities that we encourage you to engage with to get the most from them. You may decide to work through a module from start to finish, or, dip into sections and topics that are most relevant to the stage you are at.

  • The Undergraduate Careers Module aims to provide students with an understanding of how to make career choices, graduate recruitment processes and the labour market.
  • MSc students in the Business School are automatically enrolled on Mastering Your Career, a dedicated resource specifically for Masters students in SBS. Find it on your list of courses on MyPlace or click Mastering Your Career
  • The Postgraduate Careers Module supports the career development of postgraduate taught students and aims to enable students to make the most of their postgraduate experience at Strathclyde.
  • Autistic students and graduates: if you're an autistic student or graduate, there is a free online course. Employability Skills for Autistic Students and Graduates has been developed by a team of experts. This team includes autistic graduates, autistic workplace mentors, non-autistic university careers consultants, and non-autistic researchers
