Information for Partners
Fact sheet 2025-26
We understand that you might need to reference the process for nominating students to study with us. We have compiled some useful information that might help you in nominating your student(s).
Please choose which option best describes your institution for further information:
Useful information
To nominate a student you would log on to our Mobility Online system: Mobility Online
We want students to get the most out of their time with us at Strathclyde we have found that in previous years students who have opted to take more than the recommended 60 Strathclyde/30 ECTS credits per semester have struggled therefore we advise against this. We want students to get the most out of their time with us at Strathclyde.
If for any reason you need to discuss this further then please contact us at incoming.exchanges@strath.ac.uk
That is not a problem, if you e-mail us at incoming.exchanges@strath.ac.uk and we can send you this information.
Once the nominee has been accepted then they will receive and e-mail inviting them to register with the system to create an account and submit an Exchange Application.
In addition to completing an online application, applicants will require to upload the following supporting documents:-
- current academic transcript
- passport information page
Partner institutions can track the status of their student's application by logging on to Mobility and clicking on the student's name.
Please see our handy nomination procedure for partners: Nomination Procedure for Partners
