How to apply- step-by-step

Step 1: Apply to Study
Please follow the link on this web page to apply to study with us:
After receiving the email about the application process, you should complete the application online.
Make sure to attach the following documents:
1. Your original academic transcript (ensure certified transcripts are attached to the online application).
2. A translated English version of your academic transcript if it is in another language.
3. A photo or image of the front page of your passport.
4. Proof of English language proficiency (ONLY for full-year students).

Step 2: Personal details & Upload of Personal Documents
Enter your personal details onto Mobility Online:
https://www.service4mobility.com/europe/LoginServlet
Make sure to attach the following documents:
1. Your original academic transcript (ensure certified transcripts are attached to the online application).
2. A translated English version of your academic transcript if it is in another language.
3. A photo or image of the front page of your passport.

Step 3: Acceptance letter
Applications are reviewed by the Recruitment Office and Admissions. You can expect to receive an Acceptance letter by email no later than June 15 for autumn semester and full-year applications and by November 15 for spring semester applications.
You will receive an Offer of Study letter in an email from Admissions. Please ensure you check the accuracy and accept this offer of study.
Step 4: Class Selection
Complete class selection before as soon as possible. For details of available classes/courses, please refer to the:

Step 5: On campus Accommodation
As soon as you receive an offer of study email and you have accepted this offer then you can apply for on Campus Accommodation (once they open the Accommodation Portal. Please see their webpages: On Campus Accommodation
As an International Study Abroad study then we guarantee accommodation as long as you apply by their Accommodation deadlines published on their web pages.
Step 6: Class approval
This process can take a considerable amount of time so please be patient.
Only once you have this will you receive your final acceptance email.
Step 7: Acceptance
Before your study date you will receive and email from the admissions teams with information on how to register as a Student with us here at Strathclyde.
