An exam board is a committee that is responsible for approving results and confirming exam board decisions.

You will receive an email notification to your university email account to advise that your results have been released. 

If you have downloaded the Strathclyde Mobile App you will also receive a push notification. 

Once released, your approved results will be available in Pegasus under the Curriculum History link. A PDF copy of your result letter is available for download.

Online registration for the new academic year opens in August, please log into Pegasus to complete this.

If you have passed year 3 of the BA Honours in Business or BA Hons Humanities & Social Sciences, you will need to complete Honours Validation before you will have access to online registration.

If you achieve a Bachelor’s, Masters, or Doctoral degree award, you must enrol for Graduation to receive your certificate. You must do this even if you do not wish to attend the ceremony.

If your award is a Postgraduate Diploma you can choose to attend either the March or November ceremonies. Otherwise, your award will be conferred and sent out to you.

You do not need to enrol to graduate for any other award, this will be conferred and sent out to you.

Please ensure your personal details are up to date in Pegasus

As a student in academic suspension, you are not required to be in attendance. You are eligible to sit the examinations/assessments for the outstanding modules at the next available opportunity.

You must register online via Pegasus; outstanding modules will be added to your student record. There is a one-off registration charge of £75 for academic suspension.

UK students may be eligible to apply for Registration with Attendance (RWA) which allows you to attend a reduced number of modules (credits) for the academic session. Further information on applying for Registration with Attendance can be found on the university website.

It may be that you have not met the academic requirements to qualify for your aimed award or to progress to the next stage of your programme.

In the first instance contact your academic department to discuss your options.

Where there are appropriate grounds, you may wish to request a review of the decision by  submitting an appeal.

While the outcome of an appeal is pending, you are not permitted to graduate.
