The School and the Strathclyde China Institute (SCI) are looking forward to welcoming two visiting academics from Harbin, China.  Mr Dekai Xu and Ms Boyu Du hold Associate Professor roles at the International Institute of Education and Culture within Heilongjiang University.  Our guests will arrive in Glasgow on the 21st February 2016 and spend up to one year with us.  The focus of potential collaborations lies in the teaching of languages, course design and innovative pedagogies as well as looking at enhancing institutional partnerships going forward.  Other visiting roles are in the pipeline for September 2016.
