Energy Conversations Podcast

The Energy Conversations podcast emerged from the need to understand and address a broad range of energy, society, and policy issues related to the pressing public policy challenge of ensuring the transition to mid-century net zero targets deliver sustainable and more equitable prosperity.

Our podcast brings together academics, industry, policy actors, and members of the public – all united by their interest in the real-world impacts of energy and climate change policies. Our episodes follow two different and complementary formats: stimulating dialogues featuring two energy experts, and recordings of our Energy Conversations events.

The Energy Conversations series is not just a podcast – we also deliver content through online and in-person events where expert panel members and the audience discuss and debate contemporary and key questions/issues facing Scotland, the UK, and the world.

CEP has launched the Energy Conversations Podcast to adapt to new information needs. We recognise that how and where people engage in media and wider debate has changed. We all want to feel informed about relevant issues while go about busy lives on the go.
