Strathclyde leads the field in 2017/18 Part 3 exam success
Once again we're celebrating our candidates' success in the Architects' Professional Examination in Scotland
Professional Studies Advisor Colin Hastie reports:
I am delighted to confirm that this year's candidates from Strathclyde were once again ahead of the overall average for Scotland at the APEAS Part 3 Professional Examinations. Of the 46 candidates from Strathclyde, 87% passed, compared to the overall Scottish average of 81%. The Scottish examination process is incredibly thorough and rigorous, and ensures those who pass are held to the highest standards and will be a credit to the architectural profession. It marks the last stage of many years of study and practical experience for our candidates.
'Furthermore at Strathclyde, we have more candidates working towards and sitting the professional exam than the other architecture schools in Scotland. It is a testament to the graduates who choose Strathclyde to provide their support for the exam that the quality remains so high, and we are very proud of them all.'
